Send hours to payroll without retyping them
At the end of the month, KronosTeam turns every clock-in into pay lines (regular hours, each overtime rate, rest-day, holiday and night hours) and adds approved vacation, sick and reserve-duty days. You download one file with your payroll software's codes and employee numbers, and import it there.
What goes into the file
- One row per employee and pay type: regular, 125%, 150%, overtime on the rest day, holiday and night hours
- Hours, hourly rate and amount for each row, in your currency
- Approved absence days by type: vacation, sick, reserve duty and other
- Your employee number from the payroll software on every row
Your codes, your layout
Set the code your payroll software expects for each pay type, such as the pay components your payroll office uses, and fill in each employee's number once. Choose the detailed layout to review the month in Excel, or the narrow pay-code layout (employee number, code, quantity, amount) that most import screens accept.
No double sending
Every download is recorded. If a month was already exported, KronosTeam asks before exporting it again, and tells you how many punches were changed after the last export, so a late correction does not slip through.
Built on your overtime rules
The hours in the file come from the overtime rules you set for your business (Israel, US federal, California, Canadian provinces or custom), calculated in your time zone. See overtime rules for how each hour is classified.

Which payroll software does it work with?
Any software that can import hours or pay components from a CSV file. Check the import layout with your payroll provider and set the codes to match.
Is there a direct connection to QuickBooks, Gusto or ADP?
QuickBooks Online: yes. Admins connect it, match employees and send a month's hours as one time entry per employee per day. Gusto and ADP are planned; until then, the file moves the hours without retyping.
