Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated and effective: October 11, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a KronosTeam subscription and when you can get a refund. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for the Service. Refunds are therefore issued through Paddle, to the payment method used for the original charge.
1. Full Refund Within 14 Days of Your First Purchase
If you purchased a paid subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge. No reason is required.
This refund is available once per business. It does not apply to re-opening an account or subscription for the same business, or with the same details.
2. Renewals
- Monthly plans: you are charged in advance at the start of each month. Months that have already started are not refunded, including partial months. You may cancel at any time, and cancelling prevents the next charge.
- Annual plans: you may request a full refund of an annual renewal charge within 14 days of the renewal date. After that, the rest of the year is not refunded.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, from the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by writing to aviel.nachmias@gmail.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. If you requested a refund under section 1 or 2 and it was approved, access ends when the refund is issued.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Paddle calculates the prorated difference for the remaining period.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, and the current period is not refunded.
5. Service Outages
If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period because of a failure on our side, we will consider in good faith a credit or a prorated refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. When Refunds Are Not Given
To the extent permitted by law, refunds are not given in these cases:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, fraud or abuse.
- Requests made after the deadlines in this policy.
- Charges for additional users or add-ons already used in the current period.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email aviel.nachmias@gmail.com with your business name, your account email, and your Paddle order number (shown on your receipt). You can also contact Paddle buyer support directly at paddle.net.
We handle requests within 5 business days. After a refund is approved, the time until it appears in your account depends on your card issuer or bank, and is usually 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the currency and to the payment method of the original charge. They include any taxes collected on that charge.
8. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. If a chargeback is filed with your card issuer without contacting us first, the account may be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
9. Statutory Rights
The Service is intended for businesses. However, if you are a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or other consumer law that applies to you, nothing in this policy limits the cancellation and refund rights the law gives you. This includes cancellation of a distance sale under section 14C of that Law, and the statutory rights of consumers in the EU and UK. If there is a conflict, the arrangement more favorable to you prevails.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes do not apply to charges made before the change was published.
